Welcome to Fall! A Gift for You

Fall is my favorite time of year. The crisp and refreshing air, the gorgeous colors, the falling leaves and the desire to be grounded, wear sweaters and eat soup is so welcoming! As the seasons change our diet and lifestyle need to change too. It is important to align ourselves with nature's rhythms so we stay balanced, prevent colds and flu and give our body what it needs to be well.

Seasonal Eating is one of my favorite nutritional teachings. It offers so much wisdom, it simply makes sense and if we follow it's teachings, we maintain health.
